
Today i did a "cooking" demo at Faison school. The kids were great and the teacher was also awesome (i think her name was Holly). We delved into contrasts of flavor and texture and the ideas were well received by the kids. The finished product consisted of: strawberries, granola, fizzy honey, almond powder and citrus bubbles....the consensus was that it tasted kind of like strawberry rhubarb pie....or a sour patch kid.
